Keveli Music - Ordering Information

ORDER INFORMATION
Browse the Keveli Music Sheet Music Portfolio and follow the links to the specific work(s) you're looking for. You will find complete information for each work, including pricing information, performance notes, score downloads, and recordings. You will find Add to Cart buttons on each portfolio page where items are in stock. Simply select the Add to Cart button to include the item in your shopping cart. You will find a message just below the navigation links (near the top of the page) that indicates how many items you have in your cart and, with at least one item in your cart, you will see a link to view your cart, remove items from your cart, and/or proceed through the Goggle checkout process. At any time you may continue shopping from any of the Sheet Music Portfolio pages. Keveli Music, which will send you an e-mail confirmation of your order, allows you to order in one of the following three manners:

1. Credit Card or Check Card (Google Checkout) - You may use any major credit card to purchase sheet music through the Keveli Music website via Google Checkout (with an updated browser, click on the Google icon below for more information). International orders must use a credit card to purchase products through this site. The Keveli Music Shopping Cart uses 128-bit SSL Encryption on a secure server to process your order and insure security of the cardholder's data. Cardholder information is never stored on the Keveli Music website. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

2. Purchase Order - Qualifying schools, institutions, and businesses in the United States may use a purchase order. If you intend to use a purchase order then you may contact Keveli Music to obtain exact pricing and shipping quotes. You may also generate a purchase order and have Keveli Music prepay the shipping and add it to the invoice if your business office prefers this method (indicate PPD/ADD shipping on the purchase order). If there are any questions about your order, Keveli Music will contact you by email prior to shipping your order.

3. Contact Keveli Music directly - Simply email Keveli Music or call 971.237.2318 to process credit card information orders (and other payment options) offline.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION
Keveli Music prefers to ship all domestic packages via the United States Postal Service. Flat-rate shipping with USPS priority mail service expedites delivery services so that your Keveli Music product reaches you within 1-3 days, and at a cost that is less than other major carriers. the Shipping selections through Keveli Music are based on the state of the shipping address (not billing address - if different) and number of products purchased. The following priority-mail shipping options are available - please read carefully to determine which option you should select. Keveli Music will always search for the lowest shipping charges (beyond those of flat-rate) without compromising delivery speed.

For band, jazz band, choir, and large chamber music publications only (1 publication limit):
USPS Priority (OR and WA) | $7.00 |
For shipping addresses in Oregon and Washington only; and for orders not exceeding 1 publication (complete set) and up to 3 additional (standard) scores. Delivery time is 1-2 days.

USPS Priority (ID, NV, MT, and northern CA) | $9.00 |
For shipping addresses in Idaho, Nevada, Montana, and northern California only; and for orders not exceeding 1 publication (complete set) and up to 3 additional (standard) scores. Delivery time is 2 days for in-stock publications.

USPS Priority (AK, CO, UT, WY, and southern CA) | $11.00 |
For shipping addresses in Alaska, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, and southern California only; and for orders not exceeding 1 publication (complete set) and up to 3 additional (standard) scores. Delivery time is 2-3 days for in-stock publications.

USPS Priority (all other states) | $13.00 |
For shipping addresses in all other states not listed above, including Hawaii; and for orders not exceeding 1 publication (complete set) and up to 3 additional (standard) scores. Delivery time is 2-3 days for in-stock publications.

Please note: Any order that requires a large-format score (12x16) must use the following shipping method:

For orchestra (1 publication only); band, jazz ensemble, choir, and chamber music (2-3 publications and additional standard scores); and large-format scores:

For shipping addresses in all 50 states; for orders not exceeding 1 publication (complete set) for orchestras; and for orders not exceeding 3 publications and up to 6 additional (standard) scores for band, jazz ensemble, or chamber music. Delivery time is 1-3 days or in-stock publications.

For a single standard-format score (9x12), replacement parts, or many chamber-ensemble publications
USPS Priority flat-rate envelope | $5.00 |
For shipping addresses in all 50 states; for orders of a single, standard-format score (9x12), replacements parts, piano reductions, or many chamber-music publications that contain a single, standard score with a minimum of parts. Delivery time is 1-2 days or in-stock publications.
